'ticket' was the original term for tasks; complete the transition so the codebase and schema use consistent 'task' naming.

Add migration 00013 (sqlite + postgres) renaming columns ticket_number -> task_number and next_ticket_number -> next_task_number, with Down reverts. Auto-embedded via the existing go:embed glob.
Rename ticket -> task across the Go codebase and sql_* query sources, then regenerate sqlc output. Migration history (00001) left untouched.
