After a push, a separate check reads the open task list items in the issue or PR text and its comments (the plan too) and ticks each one the code proves done (at resolve-confidence). The reply lists what was ticked and what is still open, with reasons; nobody is mentioned.

The plan prompt now gives boxes only to work that go does; optional ideas and restrictions go in a list without boxes.

forge: checklists, check. Tested on noe.trevino/smith-test#10: 4 of 7 ticked; "publish to npm" correctly left open.
