Did you check the docs?

I have read all the paso docs

It is not intuitive to have the search at the bottom, and all other filtering at the top

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the filtering to the top, with all other conditional

Acceptance Criteria

magnifying glass, and search box (text is in there) in the filter bar
