Describe the bug

When we use /paso-delegate the tree command can have massive amount of output, polluting the context.

Steps To Reproduce

do a whole workflow
clear
do paso delegate, when starting new work
when checking the current state, it will shoot up the context

Acceptanced Criteria

only checks the state of the current project if it has NOT been told to create a new project

closing out tasks are going to be nice for this
