Add hooks such as:

on_connect(event)
on_execute_query(event)
on_cancel_query(event)
post versions of all of these

Problems this would solve:

on connect, we can hook into the connection string, and replace a place holder with the actual password
- `on_connect(event -> event.connection_string.replace('$password', vim.system('whatever to get pass from pass manager')
post execute query, save results else where
