@smith plan: a plan comment (goal, steps, tests, questions), read-only tools. @smith go: builds the newest plan; on an issue it opens a PR and asks the requester to review it.
persona: agent-smith and addressee for replies, plans and the weekly email. Reviews, labels and confidence lines stay plain.
smith-weekly.yml: an email every Sunday 23:00 UTC about all repos of noe.trevino and TNT-Software (smith/digest, smith/send-mail). It marks workflows that still fail and those fixed later.
smith-run logs every tool call and runs Claude in the dontAsk permission mode. The default mode let npm test run although it was not on the list.
forge: latest-plan, pr request-review.

Tested in noe.trevino/smith-test: issue #8 plan, then go (PR #9, 11 tests pass); weekly email sent; PR #9 run 36 shows npm test denied.
